Storage Instructions
Traditional Mooncakes
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep mooncakes sealed in their individual packaging until ready to enjoy.
- Please consume by the best-before date stated on the packaging.
- If refrigerated, allow the mooncake to return to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.
Snowskin Mooncakes
- Keep frozen at –18°C or below at all times.
- Thaw for 5-8 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavour.
- To be refrigerated and consumed within 2 days once thawed. Do not refreeze.
- To be consumed within 3 months if kept frozen.
Cold Brew Teas
- Up to 2 days refrigerated (0–4°C)
- May be kept at room temperature or in an air-conditioned environment for up to 2 hours, away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
- For the freshest experience, we recommend consuming your Cold Brew Tea as soon as possible after receiving it. Natural tea sediment or fruit particles may occur; simply shake gently before enjoying.
Delivery Information
To ensure freshness and availability, orders (without customisation) are recommended at least 2 days in advance.
