How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection and add your favourite beverages to cart.

For customised, bulk or corporate orders, you may contact us directly via WhatsApp or our enquiry form.
How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 days in advance.

For corporate events, customised orders or festive seasons, earlier booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available for selected dates and products, subject to availability.

Please contact us directly for urgent requests.
Do you deliver across Singapore?

Yes, we deliver islandwide across Singapore.

Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may vary based on location and order size.
Can I select a specific delivery time?

Yes. Available delivery windows can be selected during checkout.

For a more precise delivery timing, specified-time delivery is available from S$5, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
How should I store and how long can my beverages be kept?

As our beverages are freshly blended with real fruits and contain no added preservatives, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible for the best taste and freshness.

  • Most juices: Up to 2 days refrigerated (0–4°C)
  • Watermelon, Coconut & Avocado beverages: Up to 1 day refrigerated (0–4°C)
  • May be kept at room temperature or in an air-conditioned environment for up to 2 hours, away from direct sunlight.

For the freshest experience, we always recommend consuming your beverages as soon as possible after receiving them. Natural sedimentation may occur; simply shake gently before enjoying.
How are the juices delivered?

To ensure optimal freshness, our beverages are delivered chilled and ready to enjoy

For orders of 50 bottles or more, juices will be packed in insulated foam boxes with crushed ice, which can help maintain the temperature for up to 4 hours when kept covered and away from direct sunlight.

For smaller orders, juices will be delivered in insulated thermal bags to keep them chilled during transit.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

We understand plans change.

Please contact us as early as possible. Amendments and cancellations are subject to order status and preparation progress.
