Yes, customisation is only available for order of 60 bottles & above.

Yes! There are a total of 3 bottle sizes (inclusive of the big bottles) to choose from. However there is a MOQ of 20 bottles for the medium & small bottles. Please WhatsApp our Juicy Crew for more enquiries on orders for small (300ml) & medium (330ml) bottles or any customisations!

The usual delivery time is between 9:30am to 5:30pm (our delivery colleagues deliver as early & fast as possible!).

There will be a delivery surcharge of $6 on top of base delivery fee for specified time delivery (of at least an hour time range) as driver will be arranged to specially deliver the order out of planned route.

Yes, we deliver island wide at $6 to each location (excluding Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa Island & Changi Airport) with a minimum order of 5 big bottles on our delivery days (weekdays). Delivery fee is $8 on non-delivery days (weekends); subject to availability of delivery driver.

Cut-off time for order is by 12pm one day before the delivery day. Do also note that collection at drop off point is required for delivery to commercial &/or non-residential venues (inclusive of condominiums located above shopping malls).

Free delivery is only available for bulk order of 100 bottles & above delivered to a single location (delivery surcharges apply)! Free delivery is also only applicable if there’s any ongoing promotion shared on our website or social media.

No, the juices are not cold-pressed. All our juices are freshly blended from real fruits with no added artificial colourings, no added flavoured syrups & no added preservatives. Premium ingredients — chia & flax seed powder are added to the layered juices too!

A tad bit of honey is added to the teas to enhance the taste and eradicate any bitterness from the tea leaves. You can opt for no honey for the teas if you’d prefer!

Yes, there are different tiers of bulk discount for orders of 60 bottles & above delivered to a single location in a single delivery.

We have no outlets in Singapore currently. We manufacture & dispatch our juices from our Central Kitchen in Mandai Foodlink instead!

The layered juices are thicker in texture as we’ve added chia & flax seeds, with more fruits & less water in our recipe as well! You may opt for juices without chia & flax seeds, however there might not be distinct layering of juices.

The juices can be drank in two different ways:

1. Drinking the juices layer by layer using a straw to try out the different individual juices
2. Shake it up, and enjoy the mixture. The combination of juices is specially concocted to taste well together.

You can taste up to 4 flavours in a bottle with the two drinking methods!

We’d recommend to keep the juices (excluding watermelon, coconut & avocado juice) for a maximum of 2 days in the fridge (at 0-4°C) upon receiving. Flavours with watermelon, coconut & avocado juice are advisable to be kept only up to 1 day. The fruity cold-brew teas & thai milk teas can be kept longer of up to 3 days.

However, do consume the juices as soon as you can to enjoy the best quality & taste as they are all freshly blended with real fruits & no added preservatives!

We do not encourage returns of bottles due to hygiene purposes however the material of the bottles falls under NEA’s recommendation for household recycling. You may like to self-recycle the bottles by disposing them into the nearest recycling bin, or reusing it for other purposes.
